There Is a ‘Tsunami’ of COVID19 Research (video)

The American Journal of Medicine has received a ‘tsunami’ of research articles on the novel Coronavirus pandemic (COVID19), according to Editor-in-Chief Joseph S. Alpert, MD.

Unfortunately, many of the submissions had already appeared online. The research is happening so fast and in real time as physicians, nurses, scientists, and other healthcare workers battle the worst pandemic to hit the world in more than 100 years.

In this video, he tells of an interesting autopsy study from the UK that reveals new information about the pathophysiology of COVID19.

This is part of a series of COVID19 Reports from the Front Lines. Check out the playlist on our YouTube channel for other videos in this series.
