Dyspnea and Near Syncope in a Young Female Following Delivery

There exists broad differential to hypoxemia in the early postpartum period. We report a case of dyspnea and near syncope occurring immediately postpartum that led to a final diagnosis solving the diagnostic dilemma of patient’s multiple previous medical encounters.
